Stay-to-Play Event
The Sport Source® Showcase is a "Stay-to-Play" event.
For teams located within 60 miles of downtown Dallas, TX:
Hotel rooms are optional. If you want someone to prepare your breakfast & make your bed, you are welcome to take advantage of our special team rates and amenities offered.
For out-of-town teams:
We have a great list of designated hotels for you to choose from. All out-of-town teams are required to stay in one of our designated hotels. One of the main reasons we require our teams to utilize designated properties is to be able to quickly contact each team coach and manager in the case of any emergency situation that may occur.
Savings & Amenities
Since we do not use a travel group for hotel booking, we are able to pass the savings on to our teams and families, allowing everyone to receive exceptional rates, services, and amenities not usually provided.
The list of approved hotel properties and the housing form will be provided after the team has been accepted to the showcase. Team Coaches and their manager(s) will receive a username and password for the online TEAM AREA, where they can:
- Review the available hotel options
- Select the hotel that best fits their needs
- Download and complete the team housing form
- Submit the completed team housing form
