Making Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance Into The Event
Once Payment is submitted, the credit card will be authorized. If, for any reason, your team is NOT accepted into The Sport Source Showcase, you will be sent a notice. In such case, the credit card authorization will drop off from your account without an actual charge, usually within a week following your payment submission.
Entry fee is non-refundable once team has been accepted.
Please do not submit multiple payments for the same team.
Once you complete the Online Team Showcase Application Process, we will email you a notice of receipt. If you do not receive your notice of receipt within 2 business days, please contact us.
